Description
The Customer Service Assistant will support the Client team in managing customer requests, coordinating program handovers and property deliveries, routing and following up on service mailbox messages, responding to phone and email inquiries, preparing client-service reports, and managing storage inventory and client gifts. The role begins in September 2026 as part of a work-study alternance program and requires a Bac +3/4 qualification, initial client-relations or customer-service experience, office-tool proficiency, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
