STUDI is seeking a Customer Relations Officer (M/F) for its partner company under an apprenticeship contract. The role manages customer inquiries and disputes, verifies contract compliance, tracks orders and subscriptions, monitors customer service and sales administration performance, produces member-activity reports, collaborates with Marketing, Sales, and Communications, and supports member events and internal process improvements. The work-study opportunity starts in September 2026, requires candidates to be between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France, and includes no-cost training.
