STUDI is seeking a Customer Relations Officer (M/F) for its partner company under an apprenticeship contract. The role welcomes customers in person and by phone, manages prospects and quotes, tracks customer files and contracts, monitors service quality and dashboards, coordinates service providers, and promotes the company to families. The work-study position is available immediately, requires candidates to be between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France, and offers training without fees.
