STUDI is seeking a Customer Service Representative (M/F) for its partner company under an apprenticeship contract. The role welcomes customers, handles requests and complaints, negotiates solutions, records interactions in a CRM, and carries out sales transactions and contract follow-up. Candidates must have strong communication skills, a customer-service orientation, energy, and commercial or sales interest. The work-study position is available immediately, requires candidates to be between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France, and offers state-recognized diploma training in Commerce – Sales without fees.
