STUDI is seeking a Customer Service Representative (M/F) for its partner company under an apprenticeship contract. The role welcomes customers, handles requests and complaints, negotiates solutions, records interactions in a CRM, and carries out sales transactions and contract follow-up. Candidates need strong listening and communication skills, a customer-service orientation, energy, and commercial or sales interest.
