Hachette Livre is hiring a 12-month work-study Editorial Assistant for its Marabout publishing house in Vanves, France. The role supports hardcover and paperback catalogues by tracking schedules, reviewing editions, coordinating with authors and external contributors, preparing and proofreading copy, writing back-cover copy and sales pitches, and researching images. Candidates need higher education, initial publishing experience, strong French grammar and typographic knowledge, and proficiency with office software and InDesign. The position requires on-site attendance at the beginning of the week and starts on 01/09/2026.
