Description
ACADEMEE is seeking a Home Care Coordination Assistant for an apprenticeship contract with its partner company. The role handles telephone and in-person reception, assesses beneficiaries’ needs, sets up and monitors in-home services, schedules service visits, manages replacements, monitors quality and customer satisfaction, and participates in recruitment. The position is available immediately, requires no training fees, and is open to people with disabilities; candidates must be between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France, with possible exceptions for higher-level diploma apprentices, workers with disabilities, high-level athletes, or people with business creation or takeover projects.
