ACADEMEE is seeking a Home Services Coordinator (M/F) for its partner company under an apprenticeship contract. The role handles telephone and in-person reception, analyzes beneficiaries’ needs, sets up and monitors in-home services, schedules service visits, manages replacements, monitors quality and customer satisfaction, and participates in recruitment. The work-study position is available immediately, requires candidates to be between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France, and offers training without candidate costs.
