Description
Technip Energies France is hiring an HRIS apprentice to join the HRIS team and report to the Data & Analytics Specialist. The role covers the full HR data processing chain, including data cleaning, structuring, enrichment, comparison, dashboarding, KPI development, Power BI applications, Python and VBA scripting, reporting-tool support, data-quality improvement, project participation, and knowledge sharing. The apprentice will be supported by a supervisor and should have training in HR or data science/data analytics, proficiency in Power BI and Excel, interest in SAP and Oracle, a foundation in Python and VBA, strong analytical and organizational skills, and professional English proficiency.
