Description
The Human Resources Department is hiring an Instructional Engineering Officer / Instructional Designer on an apprenticeship (alternance) to support employee training at the point of sale. The role involves improving and updating training modules, managing training projects, designing competency-aligned content, coordinating trainers and resources, and researching educational and technical tools. Candidates should be in Bac+4/+5 training or making a career change, have knowledge of instructional engineering and multimodal adult training, be proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and IT tools, and seek a 12- or 24-month apprenticeship. The position is based at the group’s headquarters in Paris and offers telework up to two days per week.
