STUDI is seeking an IT Technician (M/F) for an apprenticeship contract with its partner company. The role provides corrective and preventive maintenance for store IT equipment, configures workstations and sales peripherals, assists employees with inventory management software, diagnoses payment-terminal incidents, and monitors local networks and internet connections. The position requires Windows and remote-support proficiency, customer-service orientation, incident-ticket tracking, and basic network and checkout-equipment knowledge. It is available immediately, is a work-study position with no training costs, and is open to people with disabilities; candidates must be between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France, with possible exceptions.
