Description
ACADEMEE is recruiting a Kitchen Assistant (M/F) under an apprenticeship contract for its partner company. The role prepares sushi, maki, California rolls, and spring rolls; sets up and carries out production according to standards; applies HACCP hygiene rules; checks use-by dates; maintains the stand; and manages stock. Candidates must be between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France, with possible exceptions for higher-level apprentices, workers with disabilities, high-level athletes, or people with business creation or takeover projects. The work-study position is available immediately, training is free, and candidates must be interested in pursuing ACADEMEE training.
