ACADEMEE is seeking a Kitchen Assistant (M/F) for an apprenticeship contract with its partner company in Neuville-aux-Bois, France. The role prepares sushi, maki, California rolls, and spring rolls; sets up and produces food according to standards; applies HACCP hygiene rules; checks use-by dates; maintains the stand; and manages stock. Candidates must be between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France, with exceptions for higher-level diploma apprentices, workers with disabilities, high-level athletes, and people with business creation or takeover projects. The training program is free, and gross compensation is €504.09 to €1,867.02 depending on age and education level.
