Description
ACADEMEE is seeking a Kitchen Assistant (M/F) for its partner company under an apprenticeship contract. The role prepares sushi, maki, California rolls, and spring rolls; sets up and carries out production according to standards; applies HACCP hygiene rules; checks use-by dates; maintains the stand; and manages stock. Candidates must have commercial awareness, team spirit, knowledge of food hygiene rules, and be energetic, meticulous, and motivated. The work-study position is available immediately, requires candidates to be between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France, and offers training without fees.
