ACADEMEE is seeking a Pastry Apprentice (Female) (M/F) for its partner company under an apprenticeship contract. The apprentice will prepare pastries for two coffee shops, follow recipes and test new creations, meet production deadlines, comply with food hygiene standards, and welcome and serve customers. The role requires basic artisanal pastry techniques, hygiene and health-safety compliance, interpersonal skills, organization, speed, and culinary curiosity. The work-study opportunity is available immediately, costs nothing for candidates, and is open to people with disabilities; applicants must be between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France.
