Description
STUDI is seeking a Telephone Advisor (M/F) for its partner company under an apprenticeship contract. The role manages incoming and outgoing calls, responds to customer requests, directs customers to appropriate departments, presents and promotes company offers, makes additional sales, records information in the CRM, and proposes solutions to customer problems. The position requires communication, customer-service, stress-management, teamwork, and office-software skills, and is available immediately for candidates aged 16–29 authorized to work in France, with no training fees.
