Randstad Vakopleidingen Techniek is recruiting candidates for a two-year work-study program to become a process or mechanical operator. The role combines four days of hands-on shop-floor experience with one fixed class day per week and approximately 15 hours of independent study, while joining the factory shift schedule from day one. Duties include monitoring production lines, troubleshooting technical problems, and contributing to process optimization. The program is based in the Gouda or Dordrecht area, offers full-time rotating-shift work, and provides two one-year contracts during training with a prospect of permanent employment after the diploma.
