Description
Randstad Vakopleidingen Techniek is recruiting candidates for a two-year BBL operator training program in the Dordrecht region. Trainees work four days per week on the shop floor and one day in training, operating production installations and monitoring equipment, monitoring processes, resolving faults, and contributing to process improvement. The program offers two consecutive one-year contracts, a possible permanent contract after successful completion, full pay, pension accrual, and travel expense support. Candidates must be at least 18, have their own transportation, be available for full-time rotating shifts, and have excellent Dutch; the role may be a mechanical or process operator depending on the placement.
