Elis is hiring a Work-Study Program – Training Project Manager (M/F) in Puteaux, France, for a one-year work-study program starting in September 2026. The role supports the Customer Experience Department by designing and implementing training programs, developing e-learning modules in PowerPoint or SCORM, publishing content, improving onboarding and training pathways, conducting surveys and newsletters, coordinating operational experts, and contributing to strategic training initiatives. The position requires higher education, strong interest in training, instructional design, communications, marketing, or HR, and fluency in English; a second language is an asset.
