Groupe Snef is seeking a work-study student to support operational training planning and instructional design. The role coordinates training sessions, manages logistics and registrations, tracks attendance and delivery indicators, analyzes training needs, contributes to learning materials and digital-training specifications, evaluates training effectiveness, and supports cross-functional training projects. Candidates should be in their first or second year of a relevant master’s program, have project-management and office-software skills, familiarity with TMS/LMS tools, and strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
