Work-Study Student – Retail Learning at Polène

Polène is hiring a Retail Learning Content Producer to create, format, translate, coordinate, and deploy training materials for its international retail teams. The role covers learning content production, digital learning integration, visual and facilitation materials, translation coordination, content quality control, learning-library management, and support for onboarding, selling-ceremony, brand, product, craftsmanship, and coaching training projects. The position requires a Bac+3 to Bac+5 qualification, strong content-creation and presentation skills, proficiency with Microsoft and Google Office tools, excellent writing, English proficiency, and the ability to work independently in an international environment. It is a work-study placement starting in January 2027 at Polène’s Paris headquarters.
