Description
The Work Tool Manager owns Caterpillar work tool inventory and performance across a dealership, managing stocking levels, availability, aging, transfers, and disposition while driving revenue, gross profit, yield, and profitable growth. The role partners with sales, service, parts, management, Caterpillar, and clients; provides product expertise and training; analyzes inventory and sales data; and coordinates work tool programs, ordering, demonstrations, installations, and deliveries. The position requires up to 20% travel and is safety sensitive.
