The role operates work trains to deployment locations and during construction work, coordinates with site management and train service management, manages timetables and track closures, performs brake tests and vehicle inspections, documents faults, supports root-cause analysis, and ensures compliance with railway regulations and personnel and material safety. Applicants need completed training as a shunter, rolling stock master, or work train manager, a valid car driver’s license, proof of physical and psychological fitness, knowledge of relevant rulebooks, and willingness to work shifts including nights and weekends.
