Tencent WorkBuddy is hiring a Developer Ecosystem Business Development Manager in Singapore to grow its global AI developer ecosystem. The role focuses on identifying and onboarding developers, SaaS providers, AI startups, data providers, professional service providers, and technology partners; creating integrations through APIs, Skills, MCP, and future applications; developing ecosystem growth strategies; managing end-to-end partner onboarding and success; and collaborating with Product and Engineering to improve platform capabilities and developer experience. The position requires a bachelor's degree or above, at least five years of relevant ecosystem, partnerships, or business development experience, strong knowledge of developer ecosystems and enterprise software, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
