Description

Accenture is seeking a Workday Absence and Time Tracking Consultant to advise clients on industry standards and leading practices in absence and time tracking modules. The role involves providing integrated, cloud-based HR solutions, hosting workshops, and independently leading workstreams. The ideal candidate will have prior experience implementing Workday HCM/Absence/Time or similar platforms, possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and ideally hold up-to-date Workday Absence and Time Tracking certifications.

Required Previous Experiences: Prior experience implementing Workday HCM / Absence/ Time or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms such as UKG, ADP Enterprise eTime, Infor, Cronos
experience working with the time tracking module of the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday agenda.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong HR background
