Description
The Workday Analyst provides analytical and technical support to Contour Software’s Jonas Corporate HR department for Workday HR systems. Responsibilities include defining requirements, configuring and testing Workday solutions, troubleshooting defects, supporting a global userbase, developing reports and dashboards, optimizing processes, and delivering training. The role requires at least three years of hands-on Workday configuration experience across three or more modules, strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of human resources processes. The position is based in the Islamabad, Lahore, or Karachi office and includes medical coverage, a provident fund, bonuses, and other benefits.
