Stripe is hiring a Workday Analyst for its People Systems team to administer and improve the Workday environment. The role covers operational and cyclical Workday work, configuration across human capital management, security, time tracking, absence, reporting, and related employee lifecycle processes, data loads, testing, change-management triage, request resolution, and documentation. Candidates need at least three years of hands-on Workday configuration, administration, or human resources information system experience, along with experience supporting enterprise HRIS operations, confidential data, and stakeholder communication.
