Description
This job involves safely and effectively operating CNC machines to ensure efficient and durable operation, adhering to production technology specifications to consistently produce high-quality products. Responsibilities include modifying machine settings under guidance during tool changeovers or material changes, operating auxiliary equipment like rod feeders or internal probes according to technical specifications, downloading CNC programs via external PC or control systems, and properly setting up and controlling fixtures and jigs to prevent damage or misuse. The role also requires strict adherence to quality norms, reporting quality issues to the line supervisor, compliance with all aspects of production management, maintaining traceability of materials and finished products, precise recording of work handling and monitoring activities, and performing other assigned tasks.
