Everforth TopBloc is hiring a Workday Benefits Consultant at the Consultant II, Senior, Principal, or Managing level, with the experience level determining the job title. The role implements Workday Benefits configurations, defines and builds HR processes, supports requirements gathering, design, prototyping, testing, and open-enrollment processes, and may manage a team or develop sales materials. It is based in Chicago, Illinois, or remote, requires Workday Benefits certification and at least one year of Workday Benefits implementation experience, and requires 25–45% travel. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $175,000 depending on level, with quarterly bonuses and health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance benefits.
