Huron is hiring a Manager-level Workday Benefits Functional Lead to support enterprise software consulting engagements. The role involves leading Workday Benefits implementations and full life-cycle projects, applying Workday Benefits processes and methodology, managing client and project responsibilities, communicating with leadership audiences, mentoring team members, and traveling 25–50% as needed. A Workday Benefits certification, relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and at least 3–5 years of implementation experience or 3+ full life-cycle Benefits Functional Lead engagements are required.
