As the Workday Benefits Product Owner at RaceTrac, you will strategically shape the Benefits technology ecosystem, defining how compensation, benefits, and employee data inform business decisions and enhance the employee experience. This executive-facing role involves owning the entire product roadmap, influencing HR priorities, and leading delivery within a scaled Agile environment. You'll collaborate with senior HR and business leaders, establish KPIs, manage a complex product backlog, oversee integrations, and champion automation to optimize Total Rewards processes.
