Snap Inc. is hiring a Workday Configuration Analyst for its People Team to configure and support Workday modules across human resources, absence, time tracking, payroll, benefits, recruiting, and learning; build and optimize the Workday ecosystem; test and troubleshoot configurations; create advanced reports and HR data reconciliations; and train junior specialists. The role requires a bachelor's degree in information technology or a closely related field or equivalent experience, plus at least three years of Workday configuration experience. It is primarily an office-based role with at least 80% in-office work and offers RSU equity and medical coverage.
