The client is hiring a Workday Contracts and Journeys Consultant for a 100% remote contract role. The consultant will manage contract and journey automation across multiple countries, configure recruiting subprocesses, create dynamic offer and employment documents, set up approval chains and document permissions, maintain integrations with external signing platforms, and troubleshoot generation errors. The role requires five years of hands-on configuration experience with human capital management systems, proficiency in onboarding, document generation, and business process frameworks, familiarity with global compliance and digital signatures, and strong skills translating HR policies into automated workflows.
