TopBloc is hiring a full-time Workday Data Consultant for a remote India role working 12:30 PM–9:30 PM IST. The position prepares, maps, loads, validates, and reconciles Workday HCM, Financials, and Payroll data using EIBs, iLoads, and migration tools; it also requires experience with data conversion, ETL, legacy data cleansing, migration projects, reporting, and mentoring. Workday certification, practical data-loading experience, fluent English, and strong communication and problem-solving skills are required, while prior Workday configuration or functional experience is preferred.
