Description
The Workday data conversion consultant will lead end-to-end data conversion for Workday implementations across HCM, Finance, and Payroll. Responsibilities include analyzing legacy data, mapping and modeling data, designing ETL processes, extracting and loading data, cleansing and validating records, executing mock loads, supporting integration testing and deployment, documenting conversion processes, and troubleshooting load errors. The role requires at least five years of data migration or data conversion experience, two years of Workday implementation experience, strong data mapping and validation skills, SQL and Excel proficiency, and familiarity with data governance and quality frameworks.
