Description
Definian is hiring a Workday Data Conversion Lead to serve as a subject matter expert and lead on end-to-end data migration activities across Workday implementations, including HCM, Payroll, and Finance. The role covers conversion strategy, tenant-build planning, data extraction and loading, iterative testing, reconciliation, cutover readiness, governance, stakeholder communication, and mentoring junior analysts. Candidates need at least three years of Workday data conversion or loading experience, active Workday Data Conversion or Data Loading certifications, proficiency with Workday tools and SQL, and authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. The position offers a salary range of $140,000-$200,000 plus health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
