Description
The Custom Software Engineer, also described as an Application Lead, will lead the design, build, and configuration of Workday applications while serving as the primary point of contact. The role involves managing and collaborating with teams, making technical decisions, solving problems, facilitating knowledge sharing, and monitoring project progress. It requires at least five years of Workday Data Mapping and Conversions experience, proficiency in data integration, application configuration and customization, complex data analysis, and project management tools, along with 15 years of full-time education. The position is based at the Mumbai office.
