SimCorp is hiring a Workday Finance Application Specialist on a fixed-term contract to support global finance teams in developing, implementing, optimizing, and operating Workday finance processes. The role involves process improvement, change requests, documentation, training, incident solving, and configuration enhancements, with a hybrid model requiring two days per week in either Manila or Warsaw. Applicants should have a finance or IT degree, at least one to two years of Workday experience, two to three years of finance or ERP support experience, process optimization knowledge, strong collaboration and communication skills, and English fluency.
