Attain Partners is hiring a Workday Financials Data Conversion Lead to own the end-to-end financials data conversion workstream for a higher-education ERP modernization from PeopleSoft Financials to Workday. The role leads the workstream strategy, scope, schedule, quality, risks, and deliverables; directs data conversion developers; serves as the primary client point of contact; and performs hands-on data profiling, mapping, extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, testing, and documentation. The position requires at least eight years of ERP data conversion experience, PeopleSoft Financials expertise, SQL and PeopleTools proficiency, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The listed base salary is $165,000–$190,000 USD, with an annual discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.
