Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5 years of direct Workday Financials implementation experience.
5-7 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interfacing with business users.
Preferred Qualifications: Certification or equivalent practical experience in Workday Grants Management.
Experience leading Workday Grants Management design and customer confirmation sessions.
Experience configuring all aspects of Workday Grants Management and the related Customer Accounts functionality.
Experience configuring or a deep understanding of Workday Payroll Accounting and Effort Certification.
Experience designing complex post-award reports and/or development of said reports.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and strong interpersonal skills for establishing trust and collaboration.
Ability to establish credibility with senior-level, financially literate university and hospital executives, particularly those leading sponsored research functions, based on expertise, maturity, and professionalism.
Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
Strong analytical skills for translating information from meetings into actionable documentation.
Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
Practical experience with post-award grant management and/or the sponsored research industry.
