Huron is seeking a Workday HCM and Payroll Functional Consultant to join their team. The consultant will be responsible for implementing Workday Payroll solutions, requiring certification in Workday US/UK/Canada Payroll. This role involves understanding business requirements, configuring and testing solutions, assisting with data conversion, and resolving complex tasks. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Workday implementations and possess strong communication skills.

Required Skills

Workday US/UK/Canada Payroll Certification
In-depth knowledge of Workday Payroll framework, taxes, compliances, and legislation
setup Earnings, Deductions and Tax Calculations
Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Substantial and measurable delivery of 2 or more End to end US/UK/Canada Payroll implementations.
Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday workstream.
Current active Workday US/UK/Canada Payroll Certification.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with work experience.
Must be able to setup Earnings, Deductions and Tax Calculations.
Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
