Description
Argano is seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant for its Workday Application Management Services practice. The role provides functional consulting, configuration, optimization, troubleshooting, release support, testing, reporting, documentation, and advisory services to clients after Workday implementation. The consultant will work with cross-functional teams, manage client requests, mentor junior consultants, and support business development. The position requires at least three years of hands-on Workday HCM experience in a consulting, implementation, or post-production environment, along with strong analytical, communication, organizational, and client-facing skills.
