Description
Wabtec is hiring a Workday Functional Analyst to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday Human Capital Management solutions. The role partners with HR Operations, Global Process Owners, the PMO, and HR technology and analytics teams to analyze business requirements, translate them into scalable configurations, support testing and releases, troubleshoot issues, administer security, and improve processes and user experience. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least three years of Workday functional experience, hands-on Workday Core HCM configuration experience, and experience with requirements analysis, testing, deployment, and HR business processes.
