This role involves leading clients through the entire Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solution implementation, focusing on human capital management and Workday Core HCM. Responsibilities include business process discovery, design, configuration, and testing, coaching clients on business process design and acting as a role model for project tasks like testing and communication. The successful candidate will collaborate on data migration and proactively communicate project risks.
