SumUp is hiring a Workday HCM Specialist to report to the Head of People Tech and work within its Workday ecosystem. The role configures and improves Workday Core HCM, translates business needs into scalable system designs, improves document generation, validation, reporting, and dashboards, supports employees using Workday, and contributes to documentation and change management. The position is office-first from SumUp’s Berlin office and requires Workday HCM Core experience, strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, clear technical communication, and intermediate Portuguese.
