CWS Business Services GmbH is seeking a Workday HR IT Specialist focused on HCM and Compensation to maintain and enhance its Workday environment. The role manages compensation and goal processes, analyzes HR requirements, implements Workday solutions, creates reports and mass uploads, maintains organizational structures and user authorization roles, ensures HR data quality, and supports international colleagues through advice and training. Candidates should have a relevant degree or comparable qualification, experience implementing or evolving Workday HCM and Compensation, strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills, advanced English, and willingness to travel for projects; German and ERP or Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience are desirable.
