CWS Business Services GmbH is seeking a Workday HR IT Specialist focused on HCM and Compensation to enhance and maintain its Workday environment. The role includes preparing and executing compensation and goal-management processes, analyzing HR requirements, implementing Workday solutions, creating reports and mass uploads, maintaining organizational structures and user authorization roles, ensuring data quality, optimizing processes, and advising and training international colleagues. Candidates should have a degree or comparable qualification in business administration, HR, or IT; experience implementing or evolving Workday HCM and Compensation; strong English skills; and a structured, solution-oriented approach. Experience with ERP systems or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desirable, German is a plus, and project-related travel may be required. Flexible on-site, hybrid, or fully remote work models are offered.
