TopBloc, a Workday boutique partner, seeks experienced Workday Implementation or Post-Production Consultants for contract opportunities. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality solutions, collaborate effectively, and prioritize client success. Responsibilities include understanding client business objectives, acting on their behalf regarding Workday solutions, liaising between client and partner, gathering and validating business requirements, supporting configuration reviews and deployments, managing client relationships, providing high-quality service, contributing to knowledge sharing, and being willing to travel.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 1+ years of experience implementing or supporting Workday configurations for clients of varying sizes and complexity
2+ years of proven experience in client facing role
Preferred Qualifications: Current or prior Workday certification in one or more areas (HCM, Financials, Payroll, Adaptive Planning, Integrations, or Project Management)
Strong understanding of business processes, operational policies, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and influence decision-making
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously
Familiarity with project execution, including financial management and contractual management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with adaptability to diverse client needs
Passion for client advocacy, customer service excellence, and long-term partnership building
