Description
Athena is seeking a Workday Integration Architect to lead the architecture, development, and optimization of their Workday ecosystem and connected enterprise systems. This role involves designing and maintaining end-to-end Workday integrations, configuring Workday Core HCM and Recruiting (ATS), leading Workday-related projects, collaborating with stakeholders, managing vendors, and ensuring system governance and support. The architect will blend deep integration expertise, functional understanding, and strategic leadership to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performing solutions.
