Description
The Senior Workday Platform Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations across PECI, RaaS, EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP web services, and related platforms. The role supports HR transformation, collaborates with HR, payroll, benefits, identity, timekeeping, travel, expense, procurement, and IT teams, performs impact analysis and regression testing, maintains security and compliance practices, and manages SSO, tenant refreshes, and certificate updates. The position requires at least five years of Workday integration experience, including PECI, Core Connector, Studio, web services, XML/XSLT, payroll integrations, Workday security, HCM modules, data privacy, IT SOX compliance, and leadership of junior developers and third-party implementation teams.
